We spent the day on Rai Lay beach one day, based on what I thought was the advice of our friend Chin Seng. It turned out that he actually suggested the *next* beach just behind that big rock you see there. Anyhow, this beach was a good place to people watch and have a lunch right on the beachfront. The highlight of our visit was when it rained, becuase the lighting just afterward was fantastic and everything felt fresh and quiet.
