Zhanar and I went on Saturday to buy a Christmas tree. That was pretty fun. We had a hard time getting to the store though. We asked for directions and the person at the shop clearly got dropped off at work every day and did not pay any attention on how they got there. One major landmark on the road where the store is located is "Turtle McDonalds", a large McD's that used to be a Japanese garden. It has a big turtle pond, and everyone knows where it is. When I told the lady on the phone "I'm near Mcdonalds" she said she had no idea where that was. However, it turned out that the garden center was actually located ON THE SAME DRIVEWAY! Anyhow, they had nice trees, and it smelled nice to walk between them.
